How Unique Works?

  • UNIQUE’s field executives/surveyors are spread across the whole areas of operation.

  • On receipt of the request for the Pre-Insurance Inspection from the underwriter, office co-coordinator communicates the request to the field executive of the respective area.

  • Field executive executes the inspection and communicate the report verbally over the telephone to the office co-coordinator.

  • After discussing with the technical head, office co-coordinator gives vehicle status/feedback to the underwriter (over phone/fax/e-mail).

  • Hard copy of the report in the prescribed format along with the photograph of the captioned automobile is being sent to the respective underwriter within 2 hours (max-outer limit) from the receiving of the request.
